It is my goal to provide you with high-quality, great-sounding Ceremony music at a low cost. When you book a Reception Package, it is only $100 additional for an hour of Ceremony Music.
It is imperative that your Reception Location/Caterer is aware of what will be needed for me to provide excellent service at your Ceremony. Please keep these in mind:
The best set-up location is directly behind where your guests are seated. (That way, I do not visually intrude with the service).
If it is a shady/covered area, I will be able to set up and start playing prelude music much earlier than if it is in direct sunlight. (Sunlight heats up the equipment quickly and may cause an automatic shutdown).
There must be an electrical outlet within 15 feet of the set-up location.
Please check with your venue that the electrical outlet is in working order, and will be on for your Ceremony. (I know this sounds a little silly, however many venues do not have "always on" outlets. Many times they must manually turn them on.) It is best to have someone from the venue make sure the electricity is flowing!
If you would like a wireless lapel microphone for your officiant, I can provide one for you. I am able to rent a top-of-the-line SHURE brand wireless mic that attaches to a lapel or collar. I will provide this to you at my cost; please email or call me at 407-296-4996 for an up-to-date rental price. (it's currently $50).
If using the wireless lapel microphone: Your officiant MUST come see me 15 minutes prior to the start of the Ceremony to be "wired up" for a sound check. I certainly don't want you to pay for renting a microphone- and then have it not work properly- because the officiant does not show up in a timely manner... this is very, very important! :)
Unless otherwise specified, these are the versions of songs that will be used in your wedding. I use slightly different versions of traditional wedding music. This way your guests will be familiar with the music, yet appreciate the uniqueness of your wedding.
