Classic DJs Equipment Rental Agreement
Classic DJs agrees to provide professional DJ equipment, music, and an audio technician to operate on agreed date. Please note the following provisions:

A. PRIOR TO PERFORMANCE
Client agrees to provide the following on the date of event:

  • Permission to perform and no-fee parking access at event address.
  • Ample, weather-protected set-up area and electrical outlet.
  • Elevator or ramped access on a paved, smooth/flat surface to performance area.
  • One rectangular table, minimum 2X6 feet, next to the dance floor.
  • For weddings, if ceremony music is needed:
    Ceremony must be in close proximity of Reception, with electrical power at the ceremony site.
    Access to the ceremony location must be a paved, smooth/flat surface free of stairs or curbs.

  • IMPORTANT! Please arrange for these provisions in advance. If they cannot be provided, Audio Technician may cancel performance without refund.

B. PERFORMANCE
Your complete satisfaction is our goal!

  • Music preference is insured; you will choose songlist prior to your event.
  • Client agrees to control actions of persons present at the event and accepts responsibility for them. Audio Technician may cancel performance for safety concerns without refund.
  • Audio Technician may extend, if available, at prevailing hourly rates if you desire.

C. CANCELLATION
Please note that a change or postponement of performance date and/or time after payment is received is the same as a cancellation. Re-booking a postponed date is subject to availability. Cancellation must be confirmed by Classic DJs for any refund due. Client may cancel, in writing, to the following terms:

  • MORE than 60 days- Your payment is refundable if another event is booked in its place, less a 35% cancellation fee.
  • LESS than 60 days- Payment is non-refundable.
  • Classic DJs may cancel, with full refund, in the event of unknown circumstances or other disasters, natural or man-made.
