It is possible you may want to hear a song that is not listed. If you would like to provide some of your own CDs, please indicate title and artist of each song on this form, in the correct box below. When you arrive at your event, please provide the CDs to the audio technician with a "sticky note" attached to each CD, indicating which track(s) you have chosen. Please note that almost all CDs (including recorded CDs) can be played, but no guarantee can be given to the playability of recorded CDs.
